Grooming Report December 12, 2017

December 12, 2017;  Grooming Report

Real Grooming Report: More lake effect snow last night and today have the groomers out again with the rollers. Forestville received about 3” over night and it is still snowing.   The snow misters will evaluate and groom and track set as soon as enough snow warrants.  Let us hope it is warranted tomorrow.  In any case, they will be roll packing all trails inside 17 including the Wagis.  Expect uneven terrain especially on the hills but coverage should be complete now.

Way Too Long Grooming Report:    Our Lady of Guadalupe was all set for the honors but 3” didn’t make the cut.  Let us root for St Autbert today.  In any case, enjoy.  It may not be mid-season conditions yet but will be so very soon.  I should remind skiers to avoid snow plowing on the down hills.  We need the snow in the middle of the trail. If you can’t run out the hill maybe you are on the wrong trail or you should walk down  the edge with your skis off.

PS: If you have not renewed your Trail Builder membership, now is the time.  Please don’t make me track you down. “
