Big Bay Pathway Trail Fundraisers Set

Big Bay Pathway Trail Fundraiser Day
I Emoji Honey Bear!
Saturday, February 14, 2015
11:00 am – 3:00 pm
Check in at the trailhead, (at the end of the ‘dump’ road),  enjoy hot cider and treats and get your picture taken with the sweet and wild Honey Bear. Explore our groomed wilderness on skis or snowshoes and for the more adventurous, trek up to Ridgeline for fantastic views.
This is a non race event but we will have timers on hand if you are up for the challenge. Prize packages for those who donate $25 or more to the trail fundraiser. Funds help maintain over 20 miles of trails. For more info, call 250-3350.
****ALSO ON THE PATHWAY – A Weenie Roast on Ridgeline, Saturday, February 14th. Meet at the trailhead at 12:30. Weenies and snacks when you arrive at the top. This is a classic only ski, not suitable for beginner skiers,  about 4 miles in and 5 miles out, the down hill leaving the top requires good snow plowing skills, for about .2 of a mile, then about 2 miles of intermediate downhill which is awesome.  Everyone welcome!
To Benefit the Pathway:
Bluegrass Night ~ Every 3rd Thursday of the month at the Thunder Bay Inn, 7:00…  Enjoy the local sounds!
****Next month will include the annual Big Bay Pathway Fundraiser with door prizes, 50/50 and a chance for you to find out more about this awesome trail.
Come on down on Thursday, February 19th!
